Pricing Policy
Atlas Studios pricing structure is very simple, whether you are hiring Atlas Studios as a film location or a Photography studio, you are either a commercial booking or a non-commercial booking.
A non-commercial booking is one in which the person booking the studios is using the studio for their own personal use, and not with the intention to make or intend to make a profit.
A commercial booking is one in which the booking is designed to make, or potentially, make a profit from the hire of Atlas Studios. Be this through you hiring Atlas Studios for a client to make a video, take photographs or holding a workshop.
NON-COMMERCIAL BOOKINGS
Ideal for amateur photographers and Students seeking versatile, organic backdrops.
COMMERCIAL BOOKING
A booking designed to make, or potentially make, a profit from the hire of Atlas Studios.
Pricing Policy
I want the studios to be accessible for all, and that's a core value of our business. However, to keep the doors open, we have a clear, two-tiered pricing structure:
Commercial Shoots: These are the projects that bring in the necessary revenue. Our commercial business is what keeps the studios doors open and allows us to invest in equipment and maintenance.
Non-Commercial Shoots: The fee charged barely covers the costs of staffing, utilities, and general operations to simply be open. We offer this service because we want the studios open to everyone to use and support the creative community.
The trust we place in our clients to honour the terms of agreement when booking is crucial to the success of our studios. The terms for commercial use are clearly defined because they represent the value of our work when used for revenue generation.
Should you fail to declare a commercial booking as being such, it means we can’t cover our basic costs, which ultimately puts strain on the very system that allows us to offer the non-profit, accessible rates in the first place.
